Shawshank Redemption
Genre: Crime, Drama
Direction: Frank Darabont
Cast: Tim Robbins, Morgan Freeman
An all time classics that consistently holds top position in IMDB top 250 movies, Shawshank Redemption was released in the year 1994, same year when Forrest Gump was also released.
Tim Robbins plays Andy Dufrene who is a banker and victimized by circumstantial evidence that leads to conviction of the murder of his wife and her illicit lover. Andy goes to the Shawshank Prison in Maine to serve life sentence where he meets Red (Morgan Freeman) who is notorious for selling contrabands inside the prison. In the initial period, Andy is subjected to much torture from a group of inmates and later insulated by the officials as Andy helps all the officers to make a financial planning. Bog Guntan who plays Warden Norton uses Andy's knowledge in Finance and legal to cover his illegal sources of income that he appropriates from the prison fund and directs to his own account that he runs with a fictitious name.
After a period of 19 years in the prison, Andy escapes after successfully drilling a long big hole in his prison cell by using a small hammer that is usually used to carve stones and the hole is covered by a long poster of Rita Hay-worth which Red gifts to Andy. This takes everyone to a surprise as it takes a lifetime to drill such a long hole with a small hammer and a great perseverance that a normal man cannot have!
The ultimate meaning of this excellent movie can be illustrated by the following quote from Andy:
"Hope is good, probably the best of all things and no good things ever die"
If you have not seen this movie yet, rend your DVD now without any delay else you are missing a great movie.

Facetious
Facetious means "not meant to be taken seriously" or sometimes it can also used in a context to be super sarcastic.
E.G
A: I will give you 100 dollars if you do a front flip
B: B does front flip and demands 100 dollars from A
A: No, I cannot give you, I was being facetious when I offered a bet of 100 dollars
Here A did not really intend to give 100 dollars to B and hence it was being facetious.

Hamstring
The word hamstring refers to the back thigh muscle. Thats why Ham usually refers to the thigh meat of a hefty animal usually a pork.
But this word has another meaning which is "Frustrate" when used as a verb. In other words, it is "to hinder the efficiency of"
e.g. My creative ideas are often hamstrung by my immediate supervisor with his dull ideas!
Kheema Macaroni
This is one of the tasty dishes usually taken for the breakfast, however, you are not gonna take anything more for the day as you would be contended with that for the whole day. So here you go with the recipe:
1. Fry the macaroni in a dry pan until it turns slightly brown and keep it aside for some time
2. Pressure cook the fried macaroni in a ratio 3 cups of water for one cup of macaroni and leave up to 5 whistles
3. Open the lid once the steam is off and then drain the water and keep it aside.
4. Now we need to prepare the kheema masala and quantity for this is same as cooking briyani masala
5. In a separate pan, pour oil and heat it. Fry whole garam masala until it turns brown and then add cut onions and fry until it turns brown.
6. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for sometime. Now add turmeric powder, chilly powder, corriander powder, cumin powder and salt and fry.
7. Now add mutton keema and stir until the meat color changes. Now add cut tomatoes and fry until oil oozes out.
8. Now add mint leaves, corriander leaves and the drained macaroni and stir properly until the masala spreads out widely
9. Keep the vessel in low flame for 10 minutes and then serve hot

Why does it happen to me?
I held shares of suzlon @ 53.50 per share and it was trying hard to move up or down from that place until yesterday. When it went to 54.50, I sold off all my shares yesterday assuming this will never go up in the short term and I can use the money to buy some other share.
Today Suzlon is one among the gainers and reached 57 per share.
When I buy the share price goes down and when I sell the share price goes up!

Grab the situation!
Life is full of fun in Finland during the mid-summer holidays..so much to do as you see sun shine till 1 AM!! Cricket, Football, driving, trekking, night clubs, summer cottage, beach volley ball and so many things to do!! Well this might be done everywhere but the specialty is that you have very less work at office and more time to spend outside :-)
Interesting? While this is great fun to many, IT vendors have tough time holding their seats until things get normal and people resume back to work.. Many strategies are positioned in front of the clients to explain why you still need few resources work for you during the vacation time?
We are building tools, framework, pre-sales materials, scope to improve the existing projects which are perhaps the right things to do during this time. Investing in such activities during the black out period helps in reaping the benefits later.
The tough part here is to maintain the status "Business as Usual" for the company and benefits to the customer.
